Meet Libby Mills

Registered Dietician Nutrionist, National Speaker and Health Coach


Libby Mills is passionate about creatively inspiring and empowering others to enjoy eating good food.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist, Libby is on a mission to help others enjoywholesome foods, simple cooking, delicious meals for good health through her workshops, counseling, speaking and writing. Libby is a nationally recognized culinary nutrition consultant in the Philadelphia area.

Libby has brought thousands of culinary nutrition programs into the lives and onto the tables of countless families, working individuals and kids. Libby takes out the guesswork and puts the joy in eating right. Libby provides services to individual, family, corporate and non-profit clients.

Whether you meet with Libby individually or in a group, at a worksite, in the community, or in a kitchen, your experience with Libby will be one you won’t soon forget.

You can frequently see Libby in the media as Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Libby also hosts “Libby’s Luncheonette”  Mondays 12:15-1:00 pm ET on WCHE1520AM. The Philadelphia-based radio show features nutritious eats and tips that focus on our local food system and how sustainable choices can positively affect our personal, community and ecological health and well-being. Libby has combined her restaurant and teaching experiences, with her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a M.S. in Medical Dietetics from Saint Louis University, in St. Louis, Missouri, to make a career of helping people live healthier through the joy of eating right.   She is a member and Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, several practice groups including Food and Culinary Dietitians, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Hunger and Environmental Nutrition. She is a 10-year-plus member of the National Speakers Association and member of the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture. Libby currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her partner Sam and cat “D.” She loves trail running, ancient history, anthropology and archeology, travel, hanging out with friends or a good book and the sounds and smells of something cooking in the kitchen.
